Thyme is a small shrub which can be grown as an evergreen in warmer climates. The small oval leaves are pungent and well known for their aroma and flavour. It is widely used in meats, poultry, stuffing, soups and pastas.

It is also a favourite with the bees.

Supplied as seedling plugs or in a 12cm nursery pot.
